Anybody have any suggestions for a good top down racer game for me to pick up? Haven't been very impressed with any of he titles I own at the moment (SlotZ, Racing Mania, Doodle Kart, Touch Racing) is there a title out there with the graphical look of Touch Racing with a more traditional control set up? Wish deliverance was here already! Any suggestions please post! Thanks
Got that one already as I mentioned, left the Nitro out of the title. I dunno I love the graphcs but felt let down with no upgrades for the cars available, can't enter my name instead of being Player 1 ( nitpicking I know) and the controls, maybe I just have big hands, But the game just doesn't do it for me. I'm quite aware that I'm pretty much alone in my opinion of the game but to me with it's look and price the fact it doesn't offer more cheats itself. Guess I'll never have RC Pro Am or Micro Machines of old fun in this style racer again.
I'm pretty sure there is a 3D clone of Micro Machines, hidden deep in the App Store. I can't remember it's name, but I'll have a look for you and let you know if I find it. Deliverance looks awesome though, I doubt any other top-down racer will beat it (for a while, at least).
MicroKart - in 3D, similar to Micro Machines. There is a free version and a paid verison. there's also adrenaline racer, I think it's still free. However, I believe we have to wait to deliverace, most likely it's gonna make us forget about other racers, kinda like espgaluda with shmups
Yeah I like doodlekart, guess its tough for me to give a thumbs up about a doodle game for some reason. Nano Rally already deleted off phone after about a minute haha. MicroKart in 3D is obvious why it's 2 stars in app store lmao! Download the lite version if y'all haven't for a good laugh lol. Too bad, 3-D done right woulda been the shiz!
I don't have any experience with top Down racers but deliverence looks extremely worthwile getting. I may pick it up
if it were cheaper, then this would be my obvious choice for top down racing. it has the best top own racing imo- just one problem- i cant find the tracks! i found them on my ds but the data got deleted and now i cant find the races again!
