You mean the fact that it's a ripoff of someone else's work? Is there even a real version of this anywhere? Someone even named one "My Unturned" and only changed a tiny bit of things so it would be approved.
This is literally an asset on the Unity asset store. Even calling it a ripoff is giving it too much credit.
It's made with a sandbox game creator kit (UnitZ), using the basic assets the kit offers. Technically it's not a ripoff, it's just a stupid "make default game" button-created game, with zero added original content.

It's a 'kit' to create your own game, and this guy did exactly that. But used what was in the 'kit' to his advantage. So people are basically hating because he bought the 'kit' and used the material items that came with the 'kit'. He could have done anything with the 'kit', because he purchased it and made his own game on the ''app store'. Good job mate!
