The boy on the picture looks like a drug addict. And I dont belive any youtubers with that many subs are in the toucharcade forums
I don't think that you'll find people with 500,000 or even 1,000,000 subscribers here on Touch Arcade. Your best bet would be to reach out to them yourself, but you should also consider many other sources, such as those with much less subscribers. On top of that, try some media outlets and get them to review your game. I don't wish to be mean with this statement either, but it doesn't seem like a stellar app that will get picked up by many, but it's still worth a shot.
