okay so this sounds silly, but bear with me. If I make an iPhone App with a prominent pic of a cartoon alien "driving" his spaceship thru space, but holding a martini glass - is it bad? I know I sound like I am being picky (or, um.. crazy!), but I think you all know where I am coming from. Obviously I am not trying to encourage driving drunk, but I really think this pic looks miles better with the martini glass in it. Is this something that would raise a flag? BTW for good measure, we did previously get them to successfully approve an app called "iFist" -so there's your barometer...
When you submit an app on iTunes, it will ask you if it contains any profanity, nudity, alcohol-related content, etc. and rates your app. I think they will accept your idea but it will have some kind of warning for younger customers when it gets approved.
I think it'd be harder to hit another spaceship sober than drunk. Space is spacious, it'd be hard to get too close.
