Is there a marketplace for dev's selling their source code when they've decided they can't make money out of the app store? I often see wonderful ideas poorly executed (I guess because of budget/time constraints). I'd love to have the chance to buy the source code and rights of apps that have potential / interest me.
I would just approach the dev's directly. There's a chance that if their app isn't doing any good they'll be happy to get some cash for it and be rid of it! Of course some devs will cling to their creations no matter what so not all will be keen.
