Hello! I am developing an app for kids, this will be an educational game with parent dashboard where parents can check what kids are learning and how are developing their skills (like a report). I am looking for publishers like Chillingo to outsource all the marketing area in exchange of a revenue share. I was trying to contact a few publishers (Chillingo, Bulkypix) but they told me that are accepting only games for all ages not specifically for kids, do you know any one that accept this kind of games? Thanks!!
May be silly but why not ask Chillingo, Bulkypix in a reply mail if they know who would accept your game Maybe they can refer you to a partner company.
