If you are a developer, or know of one, working on a stick figure, doodle, or pixel styled game for the AppStore, we would love to talk with you.

We are looking to work with other developers and make this style seen as a professional style that should be recognized as a true component of the AppStore.

Please send us a PM and we will get in contact with you right away.

If anyone knows of an upcoming stick figure/pixel/doodle game, can you post it in this thread?

    List So Far:
    1. StickQuest
    2. Doodle Army
    3. Doodle Bomb

  3. In what way are you looking to work with other developers? Providing art? Programming? Promotion?

Yes to all, possibly, but mainly provide a means of promotion for all games of a similar style to aid in cross promotion.

the problem with this is that games using a similar style are also competing with each other.

    We disagree.

Imagine if Cartoon Wars cross promoted with Stick Wars which cross promotes with Stick-Fu. Same art style, yes, but drastically different gameplay experience. It targets users who enjoy the art style and provides different game play experiences.

if you think stick games with grid paper backgrounds is some kind of new genre, I think you're going to be running uphill for a while.

also, don't group pixel art with those other art styles.
