Sup guys, could you recommend some good superhero games?

I'm a comic book sucker and I love me some men in tights (no homo).

    So far I have:

    -Spider-man Totes Mayhem
    -Ninja Turtles
    -Justice League
    -Superman
    -Judge Dredd
    -Powerpuff girls (favorite)
-Guardians of the galaxy (Haven't even played it, but have it)
-League of evil 1,2 and 3 ( I guess it counts as a superhero)

Are there any others you know and what are your favorites?

    Cheers.

I think the term Superheroes are loosely defined here, so i'll just pick the obvious ones.

My top picks would easily be

    1. Powerpuff Girls
    2. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
    3. Arkham City Lockdown

Right now im really into Spider-Man Unlimited, but im pretty sure i'll get tired of it later on.

Some of my favorites include He-man, X-Men Days of Future Past, Iron-Man 3, Injustice, Verticus, and Appointment with F.E.A.R..

Would Star Wars force users count as supers? Would Isa and Siris count too since they are among the few deathless? How about the Punch Quest guy, the Bardbarian, the Cleric in Blood Roofs, or the Drakerider? :)

    I don't think so EP.
    Supers are a distinct Genre.

EP we have the same #1 Superhero game :hi5:

I forgot X-men, that one's pretty cool and has a nice replay value.

I played Injustice for a while but got bored.

I would play IM3 or USM but I'm so done with infinite runner-type games.

    1.spiderman total mayhem
    2.Dark Knight rises
3.Tasm2(beware lags like shit all the time)

These can actually be termed 'games' as far as I'm conerned rest either have you swiping from time to time or are endless runners(if you're into them).

^Sounds like you're calling runners or infinity blade-esque titles non-games. And you have a game that "lags like shit all the time" in your top 3. :D

I mean endless runners generally suck when it comes to superhero games.for example BosonX is a great game and it's an endless runner but Iron man 3 not soo much.Tasm2 is open world and has a bit more to do but it's still quite boring and repetitive. So yeah as far as superheroes go I can only recommend DKR and total mayhem but to make it a top 3 I had to include tasm2,You're right it lags like shit though.:p

Ib is just boring there isn't one game like those which I would call a proper 'game',It' far too repetitive and is more of a tech demo than a game.

I like The Dark Knight Rises because all the nods and attempts to emulate the Arkham series, which is one of my favorite gaming franchises.

I have no heart for runners, I'd actually loved maybe a handful of them and that's it.

IB I do love, because it was pioneering, before all the clones, and it's actually never bored me, and the story and characters are pretty cool, no to mention the awesome designs.

Agreed... TDKR was a decent game, however for me it lacks a bit in the combat department, which is a huge part of the game for me, especially after completing the first 2 of the Arkham titles on the PC. For an iOS game though, TDKR is definitely a good open-world title.

As for runner titles, i do love them, so we definitely have views from each end of the stick.

Spider Man Unlimited if you like runners and The Dark Knight Rises for that Arkham City type feel and combat system.
