I haven't even read The Hunger Games (I've heard lots about it, though), and I'm really pumped for this. The 23rd is so far away... 3 weeks from now!

Gorgeous looking pixel art! I would pick this up just for the art even if it had nothing to do with the books (which are really, really good, btw, you should check them out LOLavi!) I also hear tell the game will be free, as it's a marketing tie in to whip up excitement for the film. So a pretty game for free, what's not to like? (hopefully the gameplay will be good too.)
The books are definitely a good read, I can only recommend you to read them hope the movie won't be too much sugar-coated for a wider audience (but it undoubtedly will...), I'm not worried as much for the game, as it's developped by the Canabalt team if I'm not mistaken, and if it is free there's really no reason to pass.
I'm wondering if this is out tonight as well. Not on the list, and it doesn't appear to have been released in NZ yet (though I could be wrong about that).
