Hi all, I'm happy to announce the upcoming release of PopTweets from the team here at Get Set Games. PopTweets is a pop quiz/trivia game that draws all of its content from Twitter. PopTweets is played by picking from one of several different categories such as Actors, Celebrities or Comedians and then trying to guess who said randomly selected tweets from that category. We'll have a bunch of new information in the coming weeks but for now check out some screenshots. EDIT - MARCH 22 - Teaser trailer added!

Poptweets has just been submitted to Apple for approval! Thanks to all you guys that participated in our beta test program. If you didn't get a reply it's because we reached out limit of testers. Thanks for all the support.
That post was misleading. We discovered a show stopping issue in our package sent off to Apple and so re-submitted last week after a quick correction. Poptweets should be available on the app store sometime this week.

Poptweets is now in the Top 25 Trivia games and Top 75 Board games in the US iTunes store so a big thanks to all those of you who have tried it out I guess Apple also enjoyed the game because Poptweets has been featured by Apple in the New and Noteworthy section of iTunes. We're also happy to announce that the Poptweets iPhone/iPod/iPad game is now being supported by the poptweets.net website where you can find all the celebrities featured in our game. We're trawling through Twitter and adding thousands of the most interesting celebrity tweets to the poptweets.net website daily so if you're enjoying the game be sure to take a look at the site!
