You can craft things, explore random worlds,collect or sell LOTS of treasures, build your mailbox and start receiving quests, and the game will be expanded upon player requests weekly. Yep. How far away is this from release? Beta phase, submission phase (probably not based on what you just said), etc.
We are in beta - content adding stage, targeting september for release date. Then we will release content updates depending on feedback and requests.. imagine things like fishing, with contests like find the biggest fish, or catch the underground mole, and lots lots of fun things like that. A bit like pocket god, but in a giant procedural random world, with crafts, and so on. While i play it.. i have fun! Should be good then, no?
This looks awesome. I love minecraft on the PC, and was really looking forward to it. But this IMO looks way better. I just think that Minecraft would be really hard to control on a iPhone, and this looks so much more simple, yet still looks amazing. I also feel underwhelmed while Minecraft because of the lack of structurer. Like theres no quests or anything, you just explore. I like in this how you can do both. I also love the art style in this game. BTW how will you control it with the touch screen? I hope there will be just a left and right buttons on the left side, and a jump button on the right. And then touch what ever you want to cut, dig, mine, etc. Is that how it's going to be? Also if you need a beta tester I would love to do it
Also can you build houses? I really hope so. It would be awesome to be able to make house out of wood, gravel, etc. Also, TREE FORTS!

Looks really nice. In particular the art style is amazing, hoping for gameplay and controls to match. Oh, and an iPad version eventually.
Game looks wonderful. Definitely piqued my interest! I'll be watching this thread until release with my money ready. Hopefully production goes well and without a hitch. Good luck!
