I've been looking for a solid group chat app, and so far I've only found Yo Frog. It's super basic and doesn't have push. Do any of the apps you mentioned have group chat?

I may publish a review of not strictly IM apps (that is, ones that aren’t based on the traditional IM protocols) like the one you’ve mentioned. (I’m not sure I will do – I have a lot of other, more important roundups – internet radio, remote desktop control, multiplayer games etc. - in my mind. I’ll publish them first.)

Of the reviewed apps, OneTeam has the best group chatting support. I haven’t really elaborated on it as XMPP is still not as used as MSN (GTalk / Yahoo etc.). If you need MSN group chat, your best choice is Agile, keeping in mind you will need at least one desktop PC to invite and add all mobile parties to the chat. In this respect, it’s way worse than OneTeam or, for example, IRC clients.
