Oh, and I also forgot to add... so far, as far as I'm aware there are only two weapons in the game, your hand gun which is your main weapon, and a metal bar which is your melee weapon should you run out of bullets. Your flaslight will also gradually become dim, so you need to pick up spare batteries to replenish its glow.
And, on a side note, those who were surprised at Apples acceptance of this but delay in ZombieMangle, this game doesn't seem to be as gory as ZombieMangle... yes, there's a little blood spatter when you shoot a zombie nurse in the head but so far that's it. Note, I do say so far because I've not finished the game yet but just thought I'd bring it up.
Oh, and to 1337brian:
Yes, it's only 6pm at the moment that I'm playing it. You have a radio which emitts a static noise (like in the console versions) when an enemy is nearby... well there was a nusre a few feet in front of me so I assumed that what the noise was for, but when I turned around and saw one right on me from behind I did literally jump. You see, you don't get any health, one hit and your dead, so it really helps in making things a little intense sometimes. Also, I once accidently fired off a round as I was walking around a corridoor and the echo scared the c**p out of me.
