Hello, I'm Andrea from Italy and I'm one of the developers of "Avoid - Sensory Overload". There already is a thread about our game in the iOS section so you can look there for some first hand opinions about it. The Mac version of the game is priced higher but contains no IAPs and all the themes are unlocked. The same will be true for every theme released in future updates. There is no GameCenter integration yet, so at the moment the leaderboards are a little more "old-school": if you do a good enough score you'll be prompted to enter your name Oh, and the ship moves a little faster at the same difficulty to compensate for the better controls (no matter how good, touch controls will never be like real keys). Drive your vehicle through an obstacle-filled course and try to go as far as you can. Grab bonus items to help you survive... just a little bit more. Climb up the online leaderboard and show the world who's best! Are your fingers fast enough? Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel
The new theme, called "MINIMAL", is out now as a free update! Mac App Store link: https://itunes.apple.com/app/id793565408
Unfortunately after parting ways with our ex-publisher we had to rerelease the mobile and Mac version of the game on our own. To allow every owner of the previous one to upgrade we decided to make it available for free for a few weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience and please download the new version to get future updates! No, the Mac version doesn't. There are online leaderboards but you have to manually enter your name, like in an old-school arcade.
LOL!!!! manually enter my name LOLOL is it so hard to implement Game center? since its part of the OS X and apple expect developers to utilize it any plans for adding game center support? people want the achievements + game center leaderboard so they could send challenge to friends
Not right now. Maybe if there's enough request we'll change our mind, but one of the problems is that we're still supporting OS X 10.6.6 and up (Game Center wasn't available until 10.8).
Hello everybody, today at 48h Studio we're celebrating our second birthday! All our iOS and Mac games (including this one) will be free to download until September 6!
