The music business is broken, we have tons of fans but few ways these days to monetize due to piracy. Developers have games who needs players, our band fans are your players. Let's put the band in, reward the fans for their experience and change the game!

Thankfully the AppStore works 100% and is totally fair and not broken at all and there is absolutely no piracy and its incredibly easy to monetize as people are willing to pay for anything. As a mobile developer i have trouble knowing how to spend all my money and have opted for a Scrooge Mc-Duck Volt to swim in.

On a serious note, maybe you could explain the actual kinds of deals your talking about. How are the profits shared etc..?

Three does lay down heavy hits alot.

But I think a band licensed beat em up could work really well.

This guy is the real deal. He put together Skate and Surf festival in Jersey this year, which had headliners including Fall Out Boy and Macklemore. I really regret missing the concert, but I'd recommend developers to hop on board. Too bad these bands aren't looking for more inventive games though.

No piracy on the App Store? Where are you getting that idea? Without even looking for stories in relation to that I've read many blog posts from developers confirming pirated apps. 5 minutes on google should show just that. It's nowhere near as much of a problem as it is on android but to say it doesn't exist is optimistic to the point of naiveté.

Edit to stay on topic: I really like this idea, and would love to support it, unfortunately being neither musical or a developer there is no way for me to...
