Hello everyone! For those who know me know I’m a huge fan of minimalist games… It’s been awhile since Drop Flip went live back in March and I’ve been hard at work on a new game called “minimize”. Minimize is a puzzle game of simplification and foresight. As you swipe to change gravity, blocks of like color that come to rest next to each other are eliminated. Ultimately your goal is to “minimize’ each puzzle to where no blocks remain. There will be 100 colorful levels and each level is built progressively upon its predecessor (it's quite cool you'll have to play it to see). As you progress through the game, levels get bigger, some blocks become immovable and things overall get a tad bit more challenging... A peaceful, ambient soundtrack custom-made for the game accompanies gameplay. Here’s a little video trailer I made to show a bit of the game in action. I really loved Drop Flip, and this one looks like a lot of fun too, I like minimalistic games a lot, I am even a Minimalist in true life. Good luck Border Leap with your new game. I am not a Minimalist when I am eating by the way ha ha.

Looks like fun I'd like a code, if it's not too late. My wife's a big fan of games like this. (Non-timed, with simple rules that combine to create complexity, where you're rewarded for thinking ahead.) She saw the video for Minimize and and her eyes lit up. She wants to know what the rules are for combining the tiles. She's already formulating strategies.

Overall, the rules are fairly simple... all blocks move in the same direction that you swipe. Blocks that are alike in color will eliminate when they're adjacent to each other in their resting point. They can pass right by each other while moving, but the challenge is getting them next to each other when they stop. As levels progress, the shape of each board gets more intricate, and some blocks are locked in place which increases the challenge factor quite a bit!

Damn Borderleap! You've made another fantastic puzzle game. Heck I think it could be even better than your harmony franchise. Super relaxing music and beautiful minimalist graphics along with the good ol Borderleap polish that you can always expect with your games equals a good time. I really like the gameplay!
It's a minimalist game for its arts style and UI design. But it looks never minimalist for its enjoyability! One more code?
