Some of the reviews are sketchy though and it seems to have some technical issues. Also, what's the IAP for? There's no top IAP list so I guess no one has bought any, still when I see IAP in a listing I gotta ask what's up with it. jeffyg3 Well-Known Member Mar 22, 2010 1,251 0 36 #4 jeffyg3, Aug 27, 2013 Yeah, also interested in the IAP. Game looks good, but the type of IAP is usually the big deal breaker to if I actually pay for a game to download. repapermunky Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2012 624 0 0 #5 repapermunky, Aug 27, 2013 I feel like this game was really hyped up by TA, then released, and customers were disappointed. Because there were many TA articles on it, and then it came out and kind of withered away... So I don't think I'll be buying it, even if it is said to be good. I don't like those controls anyway. kioshi Well-Known Member Apr 9, 2011 880 0 0 Brazil #6 kioshi, Aug 27, 2013 Last edited: Aug 27, 2013 Edit: forget what I said about IAP, this game has none. I ran the game again just to make sure. Yup, this game is fantastic. A bit repetitive like all beat em ups but if you like the genre, you'll love this because the controls are very different. The animation is top notch too. CygnetSeven Well-Known Member Feb 6, 2010 7,585 30 48 #7 CygnetSeven, Aug 27, 2013 Sold. They're the Squids devs - although I didn't like Squids, it was highly praised by most forum goers. september Well-Known Member Sep 14, 2012 2,673 0 0 #9 september, Aug 27, 2013 The game is very well put together and a lot of people loved it, but I found myself getting bored of it very quickly. Still, even not at sale price it is probably worthwhile checking out. Cirnol Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2012 188 0 16 #10 Cirnol, Aug 27, 2013 Will this run on an iPod Touch 4? I see it like a mix of Final Fight and Infinity Blade. It can be repetitive, but if you play for the gold medals and perfect combos, it is quite challenging. kioshi Well-Known Member Apr 9, 2011 880 0 0 Brazil #14 kioshi, Aug 27, 2013 Actually it got a nice update a month ago with a new chapter and multiple character skins (all easily buy able since the game has no IAP). Before that it got an update that added cheesy endings to each character (yes they said cheesy in the description lol) Pipipitchu Well-Known Member May 4, 2013 1,644 0 0 Civil Servant Rio de Janeiro, Brazil #15 Pipipitchu, Aug 27, 2013 And there is a new character comming! https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.671218282907743.1073741836.572574726105433&type=1 nightc1 Well-Known Member Oct 19, 2012 4,362 0 0 AL #16 nightc1, Aug 27, 2013 I guess at one point it was submitted to Apple with IAP since the appstore lists that it has IAP. Either way, it's cool that it doesn't have any effect on the game and being able to collect stuff. Very intuitive swipe controls, good graphics and sounds, and no IAPs. Also, if it matters to you, i still havent decided if my best Beat-Em-Up game on iOS will be Combo Crew or Maximus. That said, it easily belongs in my top 2.
