Sorry about the title, something happened with my keyboard. I meant "Any good games with random online wi-fi battles?"

I sold my DS to help fund an iPod touch a few months back. But the 2 games I miss for it are Tetris DS and Mario kart DS, because it had randomized wifi battles.

I can't seem to find that many random wifi head to head games, they are just local.

Only head to head wifi games I know of are:

    Homerun Derby
    Sniper vs. Sniper
    NOVA

I tried nova, but I was never really great at FPS, so I feel like a loser pretty fast. I'm looking for a puzzle game or racing game.

If you're being a bit looser with the term 'battle' and don't specifically mean shooter type battles, then Depict, which is a Pictionary game, is all kinds of awesome!!

Then read the first sentence instead of trying to be a douchebag.

Well I don't understand the 'random' part, and what does he mean by 'online wifi'? Is he referring to online MP games?

Well random is in your name, shouldn't you know the meaning? As in every match you will be pitted against, well, random people.

The online WiFi part was worded bad, but yes he was referring to online MP games.

Thanks for clearing that up. In that case, NOVA, Modern Combat, Brothers In Arms 2, etc.

DinoSmash has nothing on NanoMechs, gameplay and graphics are not nearly as good as NanoMechs, plus NanoMechs is getting campaign mode soon.

Maybe for the US, but because there are no Australian servers, the game lags and crashes so much.

Random battles you can find on Urban Rivals. It's a browser-based PC game brought to the iPhone. It's going to look like a typical card game but play a few rounds and get used to it and you'll see that it's nothing like all that other fickle crap you'll see out there. Plus it's free so what have you got to lose anyway, eh? :)

I play it lag free, the gameplay is just horrible though, the good news is people are slowly transitioning over to NanoMechs, which is a much better experience.

Ah, sorry about that Random Guy. I should have said multi-player. wi-fi was not the right word, hah.

But hey guys, thanks for all the suggestions! I am browsing the app store right now and checking them all out.
