The shading that iTunes applies to icons

Ok, I try to gather my own information from iTunes but posting here seems to be so much quicker and more to the point.


I have noticed many App icons that are not shaded with the " white fuzz " that iTunes applies. Simple question? How is this done? How do you keep your icon in its regular appearance?

 

Thanks for the link. When you have the time come out to British Columbia and take some real pictures of little white bears (usually not so little grizzlies) Only place on earth to see them.
