I was wondering what would be the best game to be ported over. I was thinking maybe: Final Fantasy III-IV Final Fantasy Tactics Splinter Cell Starcraft??? FULL version of Puzzlquest or any other good games
They should port Halo, but I don't think that Bungie will. They need Call Of Duty: MW2. They made COD: Zombies, so why not make MW2? Just use the same graphics and stuff, and... BAM! Call Of Duty MW2 is out!
As much as i would like to see it, Final Fantasy is NEVER ever ever coming to the iPhone. Especially not the Tactics series, which is sitting pretty on the DS.. which is why they came out with Song Summoner for us to play instead. But since we're wishing for impossible things, i would like to see Dragon Quest or Culdcept on the iPhone!
Wow, all of these FPS suggestions. I'd love to see an Iphone Elite Beat Agents. It would work rather perfectly, after all, the game is entirely touch screen controlled.
None, we don't need any more poorly done ports. Platformers were a different era, and if you can't make the controls suit the iPhone, then don't make a friggin game.
I think we all know what I'm going to say. As a slight hint, it's the greatest DS series ever. And it's highly possible and probable, since the company has released other games on the platform. I think you know what I'm getting at here.
Lol, nah I'm referring to the best DS game ever. Easy to port since there's no real action or any way to ruin the controls, since it's a adventure game kinda.
I actually have high hopes about this one. Capcom's on the appstore already, they're apparently teaming up with Gameloft, the biggest company on the store, and it's just the perfect game to port to the iPhone. Plus, Capcom promised us more games, and it seems like that would be one of the easiest to deliver. Also, if anyone's ever played the flash game SAS Zombie Assault, that'd be a good one to port. Only thing is we already have Nazi Zombies, and I think it would just be kind of obsolete compared to that.
Ambrosia's Chiral. Similar type of game to the "match-3" type games, but original gameplay- you have to clear atoms at a certain rate by bonding them into molecules... really not as scientific as it sounds, and a fun game back in the days of Mac OS 7 - 9. And PERFECT for a touchscreen. Honestly, I have no idea why Ambrosia Software didn't publish this already. EDIT: Ambrosia's site no longer has a decent description of the game up... for anyone who's interested and doesn't have a Classic-capable Mac around, there's this description at Mac Game Files: http://www.macgamefiles.com/detail.php?item=10265
