EVERY quest, even the story ones are fetch or kill x number of x quests. That aside, it's a damn pretty KRPG, controls well, and story is better than most (still not great) and told from 4 different viewpoints which is new. syntheticvoid Well-Known Member Jun 20, 2010 14,504 124 63 Musician & factory worker. a[V-O-I-D] http://apparentsymmetry.bandcamp.com #4 syntheticvoid, Oct 7, 2011 yeah, it was the told from 4 different viewpoints that sold me... backtothis im in ur base killin ur d00dz Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze Jul 13, 2009 13,250 1 0 college student (junior) Houston/Austin, TX https://twitter.com/back2this #5 backtothis, Oct 7, 2011 Get it if you're a fan of KRPGs. violentv Well-Known Member Nov 4, 2010 912 0 16 #6 violentv, Oct 7, 2011 Arent krpgs synonymous with tediousness and grinding? lol. I am not a big fan of games filled with fetch quests but I am intrigued by your claim that it has an above average story! hmm.. scarypharaoh Well-Known Member Aug 26, 2009 889 0 16 Medical Professional With Carmen Sandiego #7 scarypharaoh, Oct 7, 2011 Wow, did they use a random name generator for picking the title?!? gunxsword Well-Known Member Dec 24, 2010 2,556 0 0 Sydney #8 gunxsword, Oct 7, 2011 I wouldn't bother with this if you're looking for a fun combat system. It's almost non-tactile, as none of your actions seems to have any physical effect on the enemy other than subtracting their health. In the essence, you are mashing buttons all the way until you finish the game. Oh and beware of potion spam. Potions are cheap and it's not fun to use a potion every 3 seconds. The dialogue is terribly puerile. Seriously, conversations in a primary school playground are more intellectual than the dialogues in this game. violentv Well-Known Member Nov 4, 2010 912 0 16 #9 violentv, Oct 8, 2011 I decided to try the free version 1st to confirm some suspicions of mine. lol..is it just me , or is there no bgm?! Tonyzorz Well-Known Member Aug 13, 2011 177 0 0 South Korea #10 Tonyzorz, Oct 8, 2011 Bought the game today, thought I would take a chance on a dollar game. Played for couple of hours and I love how when you finish quests, or gain an achievements grants you additional stats. Skill system seems to be based on mastery progress, not completely sure because have only tried berserker. The main negative point of the game to me is that the controls are a bit chunky. Decent game for a dollar. UmbraVir Well-Known Member Sep 4, 2011 491 0 0 Student CT #11 UmbraVir, Oct 8, 2011 Still debating whether I should get it or not. Is it addicting enough to keep me hooked?
