Hello Everyone! I’m Gonçalo Gonçalves, I work for Phoenix Online Studios as a Social Media intern, earlier this year we launched Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller for the ipad. Our very own Katie Hallahan even created a thread here at Touch Arcade . Well today we’re proud to announce that Cognition: Episode 2 will be heading to the iPad on August 15th! What's Cognition? In Cognition, you take on the role of Erica Reed, a Boston-based FBI Agent who uses her ability of post-cognition, which allows her to touch objects and see visions of the past, to hunt down serial killers, always hoping she'll find the one who killed her younger brother Scott three years ago but was never caught. Episode 2: The Oracle: picks up right after Episode 1. Samuel McAdams, Erica’s old boss with whom she does not get along, has come up from DC and he doesn’t waste any time before getting into her job performance issues. But the office politics take a backseat pretty quickly when Sully, her on-again, off-again boyfriend, is taken hostage from the FBI Station by the Wise Monkey, a serial killer he’s been investigating who likes to take the eyes, ears and tongues from her victims, and she’s turned her attention to Sully. Erica’s put on the case and she’s largely on her own to track down the killer before it’s too late and she loses another person she cares about in some horrible fashion. Episodes 1 through 3 are already out for PC & Mac, and we're very excited that Cognition Episode 2 will now be available on the iPad on August 15h, the games were also recently Greenlit on Steam. One of the most unique point and click game I've played..I really like the boss fight sequences/combat...

What will the pricing be in the US? I see it in the New Zealand store now for $13.99 (local currency) Will you be running any sale on episode 1 in conjunction with this release?
Hi otggamer, The US price for Episode 2 will be $3.99 and yes, starting tomorrow, Episode 1 will be on sale! I hope you'll enjoy the games
I am pretty sure it will change to $3.99 soon or already did. Same thing happened here in Oz, it was released for $10.49 then drop down to $4.49. I think dev already post in the release Ipad forum that if you bought the game at $9.99 you can get a refund.
thanks for the update. I re-checked it now and it's now resolved. Personnally I have no problem what so ever in forking 10 bucks for a game I know is gonna be good. My only gripe is that digital should cost the same no matter where you are. Now that the publisher fixed this, all's well again in my world
