I have an iPhone 4.I used to sync with my pc.But today when I connected it with my pc it says : "iTunes can't read the contents of the iPhone please go to the summary page to restore it to factory settings." But I don't want it to restore without backing up.Its not even tranfering purchases.I have a lot of games and apps that I don't want to loos and also if I restore I will have to download all the apps that will take days. Can anybody help me.
Forget iTunes, go to google and download a free program called iTools. It is add-free and more reliable than iTunes. It worked for me. Trust me, download it and you will thank me. Here is the official link for iTools: http://itools.hk/en_index.htm
