A tech/troubleshooting section

    For those with Apple device issues or otherwise, there should be a tech/troubleshooting section. That way, users don't have to post in the lounge where they may never recieve a reply or solution if they themselves cannot find one (since lounge threads constantly are generated, thus hiding any needed tech solutions). If there is already a section on this, then my apologies, but a search yielded nothing.

    Ya, lounge is not the best place for troubleshooting queries. A separate section for this will be great.

    I think it sounds like a great idea.
    Hope they decide to implement it.

    I know. I was just saying that mods agreeing may have a slightly (nonexistent) magical effect on admins.;)
