i cant decide im getting some itunes money soon and i want one of these 2 games i also want resident evil but that one can wait i need to save some money for killtest so if anyone could help me decide id realy apericate it
I honestly have never played Rolando, I will one day. Castle of Magic is a fun platformer, the touch dpad can be a bit iffy sometimes and framerates can stutter a little bit now and again but it's a solid game. I think EVERYONE is waiting for KillTest
I have not played Castle of Magic yet, but the D-pad looks awkward. Also, if the youtube video is any indication, there appears to be frame rate issues. Also, I thought it was pulled from the store again. On the other hand, Rolando is pretty fun.
I'm not. Get Rolando if you're a fan of the Mario stuff (I think it's crap). It's cute and you roll and jump around using accelerometer. Get Castle of Magic if you like platformer/adventure games.
Rolando frustrates me and I found it too hard to early on. Castle of Magic is the best platformer on the iPhone and has great graphics, as does Rolando Just depends what genre you like the most
In all honesty, neither Rolando or Castle of Magic blew me away. I've appreciated the polish of Rolando, and the whole concept, but it just sits there on my iPod staring at me. Yesterday I did a spring clean and removed it. Something about it is just dull, and a tad frustrating. But don't get me wrong, it is well made. Castle of Magic would be great if it didn't suffer from lag and if the controls were sharper. I'm playing through it, but thinking to myself 'if only it were as solid as Archibald's Adventures'.
Rolando is either love or hate. I personally love it! I suggest Rolando over Castle of Magic because I think that it's more fun and you'll know if you want Rolando 2 when it comes out (don't get Rolando 2 without finishing 1).
Well, Tetris is Tetris. If you've ever played it and enjoyed it on another platform, then you are bound to love it this time too. It's a slick new version, but is, IMO, very faithful to the original.
