Not much to say except that it's coming out on August 14th, same as every other console and that's it's a Madden football game. Probably gonna be $9.99 just like Sims 3.

Will be VERY interesting to see if they add any type of full season or career mode, seeing how EA Mobile cuts things out for their mobile offerings.
They cut out extras but they don't cut out basics. I'm judging it off tiger woods and that was filled with tonnes of features and gameplay so I'm very hopeful of a season mode and may I hope franchise mode.
walsh06, I agree. I'm not worried about the content or depth but I just wonder about the controls and if there will be WiFi head to head.
I hope this gets released soon so EA can move on to completing their next and possibly biggest iphone title...Command and conquer!!!!
I'm a huge Madden fan on the consoles... in college my friends and I played multi-year franchises, which was the best videogame experience I've ever had. But I do not see how EA or anybody could transfer the game to the iDevice and do it justice... ... but the developers seem to be constantly reinventing the wheel with gaming on this thing... I'll be curious to see this one...

Absolutely! A HUGE market! If the controls are done right then I am confident that the rest will take care of itself and it will be a top-seller and an awesome game.
I wonder if Electronic Arts will let you be able to play online over wifi or peer to peer gaming over bluetooth

At e3 they announced the new feature of online franchise. And to go along with it is an app for the iPhone. It will allow you to make changes to your team, check scores etc.... From the phone. By the way I don't know what you mean by franchise app ??? @dave what's on the da site. I'm on my touch at the mo so I can't view it. And for the second article, I have read that yes but still with it out in less than a month there is no info at all.
