well some people take silly things like leaderboards to serious

the leaderboard is there just for fun, and moving up in leaderboard is more a sign of being better cause it means you are playing the game itself in a more advanced dungeon with more monsters, content, etc.

would be a waste of your own time trying to play less well then you can and missing out on all the stuff that the game has to offer

but there is a bug in v1.0.0 (currently the one that's ready for activation on Thursday) where it won't work correctly.. but I hope to have the fixed version up and approved before the game goes live on Thursday!

Yeah, I definitely don't. But some people surely will. Which means the "lower" leaderboards will be dominated by people who are sandbagging. Which makes the game less fun for those players who are just starting the game. I don't have a great solution, I am just pointing out the problem.

 

I don't think it's a problem. There's no solution; people will play how that want to play. Shame on them.

Haven't seen this til now, saw the long beta video on the site. Looks like a fun little twin stick shooter type.

 

My bet's on $1.99 like most of Orangepixel's games, but im willing to pay up to $5 for this if it doesnt have any IAPs.

as long as our fans keep buying our games (and spreading the word!) at that price we can survive and keep making games .. it's a win-win

Ah, something to look forward to love OP games and for them to put out a dungeon crawler/rogue-like.....yeah, I'm instabuying.

This week's horde of shooter/tactical shooters all seemed a bit meh so I passed on them. Reserving a spot for this now.

 

we managed to squeeze out the update fixing problems with the iCade and a few other small things..

so yes, the release on Thursday comes with iCade support!

Against better judgment I tried it, didnt really like it. Nothing against the game, I think this kinda retro game isnt my kinda game, also not a huge fan of roguelikes. Its better than Angry birds though
