    Hey people,

I'm wondering if I can get any recommendations for good platform puzzle based games (Think Babylonian Twins)?

    Thanks!

There are a bunch of good ones among which are:

    Toki Tori
Alice in Wonderland - An Adventure Beyond the Mirror (most like it with switching characters and suchlike)
Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs
    Bobby Carrot Series and Compendium
    Pathways - Editor's Choice

Now while all of them are not exactly like Babylonian Twins they are great puzzle platformers.

Archibald's Adventures is an awesome game.

As others said, Toki Tori is great (I loved it on the Gameboy)

Check out Miner Disturbance as well. It's not too puzzle based, but some stages will take some thinking.

My favorites are Toki Tori (by a good margin)

    Then Hoggy.

Then Babylonian Twins (which you have already)...

and then probably Cookie Quest and Shift.

Ice Age is good but a bit redundant if you already have the (superior) Toki Tori.

There are also some great action platformers that you might enjoy. I am enjoying Frogatto and have always liked Castle Fantasy and Castle of Magic (didn't have any problems with controls like many others), Dark Void Zero, Grokion and Earthworm Jim.

I'd pretty much consider Assassin's Creed II an action platformer as well, and it's a good one.

Would anyone stretch far enough to call Spider: The Secret of Bryce Manor a puzzle platformer? It's not one but...it could be kind of close...maybe. Anyway that is a damn good game and it has platform and puzzle elements so maybe it bears mentioning.

Edit: Maybe also Squareball, kind of. Anyway that's another very good game.

    Some suggestions:
    • Despicable Me Minion Mania: From far the best classical Puzzle Platform game I played yet. It's not only good puzzles, nice mood and a touch of kind humor. Also at each level new elements and often new tricks requiring you find yourself some new actions or interactions.
    • Trundle: Not a classical Puzzle Platformer but think it as a Physics Puzzle Platform game then it matches very well Puzzle Platformers. Great game with charming mood and a touch of poesy. To fully enjoy think wait a little close to little characters you met, they often have some cool comments and sometimes it's hints or help request.
    • Crystal Cave: I'm sure many people see it first as a puzzle game and they are right. But if you compare with Toki Tori, it's rather similar as it's series of levels, and a little character that have to progress and solve puzzles. Caution once first levels are achieved, levels become quite more difficult to solve, more difficult than other games in this list.
    • Stick Golf: It's not a golf game but a platform game with a shift. It's not really puzzles but as levels progress, succeed a level below the par becomes like puzzle.
    • Toki Tori: Good one with one flaw, the levels are too diluted, to have more levels the game have too many too similar levels. That's said it's a cute good game.
    • Rolando: There's some element of action, but I add it anyway because in no way it's comparable with more classical platform game or real action platform game. Very good one, but I haven't yet the full vision because I played yet only the lite.
    • Plushed:This is the game with the more action in this list but it's still far from a classical action platform game. The game is a bit difficult, but with a very cute mood and interesting large levels. But caution there are also some rough actions elements like some jumps series. But also it's a lot about finding how solve the level.

EDIT: For sure I would have add Babylonian Twins in this list but OP mentions have it already.

Rolando 2 is the best, Babylonian Twins is a close second.

Here's a couple more, they are more physics based with some physics puzzles and maybe a bit more action-y but I figured I post them anyway.

    Toy Bot Diaries
    Spy Bot Chronicles
    Pep the Dragon
