I remember when Doodle Jump was popular and the #1 game on the app store. Everyone knew the iPhone for Doodle Jump. Now the title was passed on to Angry Birds. Is Angry Birds the new iPhone mascot?
I vote Rolando... but not sure how well known he is. I saw my friend playing Angry Birds on a Droid last week, that should automatically disqualify it from being an iPhone mascot if you ask me. He even asked if I had heard of the game before, lol. Had to whip it out and show him up with the retina display version
I would say Rolando. Yet, most of these characters are starting to make their way over to the other mobile platforms so it loses its exclusivity. My vote goes to Doodle Jump. Popularized on tv, movies, music and a character people relate to the iPhone.
Of course. Enviro Bear always has and always will be the official mascot to me. I'd pay good money for a model/soft toy of Enviro Bear.
Defiantly angry birds, doodle jump failz now. It hasn't been updated in forever. And the updates are just new skins.
Ah, you are right, my mistake I guess I thought so because the icon looks crisper than some of the other icons I have next to it. Either way it looked much better on my iPhone 4 than on my friends Motorola Droid. I was definitely talking some smack lol.
I'd say Angry Birds, but soon it's not gonna be an iPhone exclusive. I wish I could say Rolando, but obviously it wasn't successfully enough to get a third game. Perhaps the doodler from doodle jump! Or John Gore if people even remember Minigore lol..
The king of Rolandoland, for sure. (he's the sleeping one) Anyone who had an iDevice in 2008 should know why. Rolando was the best game on the app store when it came out, and one of the first to have trailers and an anticipated release.
