      Is there an app that will let me resize the whole image so i can modify the resolution of an image?
      Not just crop the image, I want the whole image to be in tact except for it to be a smaller size.

      any ideas?

      Short answer: Yes.

      Long answer: I don't know any. My sister uses one but she's away on holiday :p

      I thought Photogene did this, but I could be wrong.

      Effect touch does this and much more.
