doodlejumper: - no, at least not in v1, I guess if enough people ask it might be something we could look at - no promises - but it was never designed to be anything other than a 1st person game.

Hey guys, thanks for the comments.

Multiplayer racing wasn't included in Fumes because - as a time-trial game - the goal of the game is to race your friends to the top of the leaderboards!

In the future we're looking at lots of possibilities for Fumes. So take a look at the game and let us know what you love and what you'd most like to see in Fumes in the future. This feedback will help us to concentrate our efforts in the directions that you guys want the most.

Surprisingly, comparing the pics in two separate windows, looking at the i4 and the Fatpad, i would say that the 4 wins in smoother resolution and popped ghx. First time i noticed the 4's retina display diff which kinda shocks me because i have compared my 3gs with a 4 at the apple store and didn't notice any difference that pops.

Nanosaur 2, which was optimized for the i4 wasn't at all great looking but i guess some games you can't see the difference. Maybe it was the noise in the store. Can't stand loud noise. Hurts my thinking.

Yes the Retina display is pretty cool, still my favourite feature of the iPhone4, I'm actually the only one here still using a 3GS :D

    Hey Ddyracer123,

The iPad does have more resolution (1024x768) than the iPhone4 (960x640), but those are much bigger pixels, so it looks more pixelated. The thing to keep in mind is that the iPad is the old version of Apple's graphics chip and it has more pixels to fill than the iPhone4, so it struggles sometimes.

On the iPhone4, Fumes runs at a higher framerate with more apparent resolution!

Complete insta-buy as long as the framerate is maintained to a reasonable clip...

Loved Stunt Car Racer and can't wait for a refreshed version.

Cool! we are trying hard and quite a lot of work has gone on (and will continue to go on) making sure we keep the frame rate good. Obviously it now becomes a balancing act with feature vs speed and of course good 'ol iPhone 3G makes our lives soooo much fun :)

If you want more of a challenge, get it working for a 1st gen iPod at 30fps ;)

It looks decent, but you just know that it's gonna suck in some frustrating way or another. I still want the original, un-altered version, running at 30fps. :(
