You all know them. The apps that proudly stand like badges on your SpringBoard because you either had to pay obscenely large amounts of cash to get them (IAmRich) or because they are no longer on the AppStore (Edge) or just because they are uncommon to find on an iPod (X-Plane). So my question to you, the people, is: What are the best Collector apps? What apps do you keep on your iPod just because they showed that you were there at that time (Edge, A.D.D. Lite)? This is sort of a 'Rate My App' collection thing, but it's gonna be listing the 'Collector' Apps and how they rank on a scale of 1-10.

I spent $50000 tracking down the dev of 'I Am Rich' and asked him to make me a custom app called 'I Am Richer Than Them',,, I paid him one zillion squids to do this and consequently I am now poor with a bling one off app ,, unfortunately this has left me with only 1.99 on my iTunes card and mummy won't re-mortgage the house again I wish I was a plastic bag ,,, they can hold things for thousands of years (almost immortal) and they are picked up by gusts of wind inbetween tall buildings in the city (they can fly) .... but seriously back to the thread ,,, if you wanna app that might get pulled if it hasn't already I think i saw summat about a DS copied user inter-face.. kinda to make the iphone look like a Ds ,, can't remember what it's called ,, but recently released. Really tho I love this apps thing ... it's a bit like they are so throw away now that we take stuff for granted. When I was a lad we had to save up for months to enjoy the latest release on the NES and we lived with our software choices with no feedback and patches to improve games... god the world is changing If I could program i'd make a clear port of The Elite trilogy of space trading games, originally released for the BBC Micro et al for iPhone,,, David Braben would sue me and i'd use the publicity to get on local news ... This would be my personally created banned trophy app !!!! I can but dream ! lol
My list is now: IAmRich, DS Doubly Sys., A.D.D. Lite, GV Calling, Edge, Enviro-Bear 2010 and I might pick up killa kitties, but it doesn't really appeal to me AT ALL.
Mobile 1Up's Game&Watch apps. They have since been removed from the appstore after Nintendo found out about them.

Duck hunt!!! It got pulled in about a week, but it's an exact port almost sounds and all, I can't even begin to understand how it made it past the app Nazis, but it did!...
Well if you read my definition of "collector apps" you would understand. O and Pocket God doesn't really count as a game, and Enviro-Bear 2010 is really pushing the boundaries on being a game and Zen Bound is too. I guess Real Racing and MGS: Touch are proper games, but I have them just to show off to people that I have them.
