2K's Huge Sale 31/01/14

Thanks for the heads up. Still haven't gotten XCOM, but am thinking I may just get the 360 version. Space is such a pain in the a** on my iPhone.

 

Xcom not being on sale, is a surprise now. This is literally the fifth time.

 

Is 2k drive even worth .99c? I'm tempted but I want to know what buyers think.

 

I was all ready to be pissed off that XCOM was on sale after I just bought it. But I just checked and I bought it at sale price anyways ;D

2k drive isn't on sale for me. Is it because in in US.

 

Sale doesn't start until tomorrow.

 

At $20 XCom is generally a better value than $20 worth of $0.99 games you find on the appstore.

For $10, XCom is a real steal. Every buck spent on XCom counts.

 

I'm thinking of getting XCOM. Hmm...

wow terrible sale most should be $1, like they were in the past(pirates, nhl, ... NBA 2k14 is worse then 2k13 game and was a $1 in past too.

 

I was planning on picking this up tomorrow, but does it crash a lot? Specific devices only or?

 

Crash on A5 chip devices.

 

I wish 2K Drive was free...

Picked up Sid miers pirates though. Never did play it, hope it's good.

 

I would love to see 2k come out with a new hockey game other than the one they have had on the appstore for many years now.

 

Yeah; this is exactly like their Christmas sale only more expensive.

 

Two questions about XCOM:

1) How bad are the iPad 2 crashes (on iOS 6)?

2) As someone not generally into strategy games and has gotten quite bored playing others, should I even risk getting XCOM if I may just ignore it forever?

XCOM has looked awesome for a while now (been lookin since Christmas sales) and i really (really!!) needs just to clarify how it runs on an iPad mini iOS 7.x.x (latest can't remember and can't be screwed looking at it - lol ) lots of people say it crashes heaps on an iPad mini but yeah, kinda need to clarify

(Btw the game looks great and I've seen gameplay etc. I just don't want to buy it for it to become unplayable
