    Hello TouchArcade !

    Ivan here, Game Designer & Project manager, introducing our 2D/3D tactile beat-them-all with a crazy tale universe : Golem Rage

    Short story

    We're a young group of french-belgian indies. We worked together for 18 months on a project which was never released in the end, due to too many bugs and a weak code structure. It was an amibitious 4-player tactical asynchronous RPG for mobile devices, very strategic.
    So when we had to decide what was next... We just started another one ! Completely different. We're getting close to the release, which is already awesome for us, and we'd love your feedbacks on what we do.

    Description

    Golem Rage is a fast beat-them-all mixing time racing, and more or less bashing everything that stands in your way. 'Cause you're a wooden Golem, half stupid, half warmachine, but fully lovable. You don't know why you were created, and now you're just looking for a place feeling like home.
    The game consists in short levels, with very different enemies, in various formations, trying to stop you. From the basic disposable soldier to the Berserk, the Time Mage, and many others ! The more time going, the more enemies appear.
    The only objective : finish the level and escape !

    And we're back !

    Hello guys !

    I apologize for the lack of news : my job is more game design than communication, I'm not really efficient :( !
    We have had a few surprises. Mainly, one of our dev got married, so he didn't have enough time anymore to continue the game.
    So, we had a 2-month supplementary delay at the beginning of September. There was not a lot of stuff to talk about, so I snoozed the communication, until better days.

    And here we are :D Our 2nd teaser, for the full gameplay trailer coming next week ! :)

    We'll also release a website, and final screenshots of the game :D

    Currently, I'm designing the 20th level (for a total of 30-40), we're adding the music, debugging all that we can, and finishing the last gameplay features.

    Hello guys !

    We are working on our new enemy, and I prepared a WIP screenshot :)

    So basically, a huge laser destroying the Golem if you cross it !


    Hopefully, we'll be able to deliver a demo for Golem Rage in the next month. Hope you'll be interested to try the game :)

    So sorry to only see your post now ! Truly thanks for your enthusiasm :D

    We're still fighting bugs and performances issues, but the end of the tunnel is close. When the demo comes, I'll create a new topic looking for testers !

    For all people following, here's a bit longer gameplay sequence :) I'll post a few more of these to show a more concrete gameplay in Golem Rage.

    Don't hesitate with feedbacks, or sharing/following us ^^ ! The toughest task is to show the game to a lot of people when you're indie :p
