Well despite my hopes that WotL would sneak itself into this holiday season, it's at least good to have a release window. If menus are optimized for iOS an the game runs as smooth as the PSP version, this game will consume my portable gaming habit. I can certainly wait. So anticipating this game.
Not going to lie, those screenshots are pretty disappointing... Hopefully SE will polish up the graphics (Retina display support maybe?).
Actually, it amazes me that people still ask if the Iphone can handle FF7 ( a PSX game) even after POP WW ( a PS2 game).
What's more amazing? People still talking about FF7 FFS. It's damn near 15 years old and already available on 3 platforms, one of them portable. God, get over it people...
Hopefully, they'll figure out the art of porting their PsP games well and apply it to Tactics Ogre and that upcoming FF IV compilation in the future...
Promises, promises. Did they write if the games will work on Touches 2g? I want to wait until summer or autumn and 5g for upgrade...
I've beaten FFT on PSX and PSP, but I wouldn't mind doing it a 3rd time. I'm currently playing Tactics Ogre Let Us Cling Together on the PSP, and that is a marvelous SRPG.
To be fair, officially it is still summer here, but the weather is much more autumn-y what with the wind and all.
I guess I shouldn't have been snarky . Spring in the Northern Hemisphere is March 21 - June 21. So we mat still be a ways off.
