Leaving a review to an app that you got using promo code is possible, but only outside US app store. If you guys can log in to other app store, like in the UK for example and can leave a review there that would mean a lot!! It seems that it's not possible to leave a review with promo code on the US app store or that it is at least very complicated. It would not be fair to leave out of this contest those of you, who wanted to participate, but cannot because Apple doesn't allow it.
