Anyone else having this problem? They'll just be downloading, and a window will pop up saying that that it's unable to install the app. It gives me the option to either be Done or Retry. With retry he same thing happens. I have an iPhone 5S.

No such issue here. Running iOS 7.1 on 4 iDevices, mix of iPads and iPhone.

It's bizarre, I can't find anyone with the same issue online, and is really annoying because I just spent $5 on Hitman and it won't install haha

I guessing that you already tried restarting your device. Did you try signing out and signing back into the App Store?

I'm actually trying the latter as we speak, but yes I've already tried the former.

Edit: Alright well, Hitman installed before I signed out, so yeah I didn't try that.

It's bizarre, sometimes the apps will install when I Hit retry, sometimes they'll install after a few reties, and others just won't at all.

I've had similar but mostly when updating, saying that I've not bought much in last few weeks so I may well have the same issue with purchases. I'm using a mini on ios7, so I dunno if it's related to 7.1, it's annoying though.not sure what to suggest if you've tried all the usual stuff, other than keep trying. Not helpful I know.

You can download apps on iTunes then connect your iPhone with your PC to install them. Not very convenient, but it should work most of the time.

I had this problem, delete the loading app, try turning off your device, then try re downloading

Did that, did nothing. I just kept hitting retry and it randomly worked

As with Cloudpuff, my issues with installing are only with updates.

You might wish to explore restoring your iDevice to factory condition and reinstalling your 7.1 update...

Never updating may not help you. Read my other thread on Apple borking my Apple TV 3, even though it was working perfectly fine the other day. Now they did something to their backend and all I can use it for is Airplay...

Get iFunbox or iExplorer and save on your computer the "Documents" folder of each app you have installed on your device, and after restoring the device and downloading again all the apps you had, just connect it again to the computer and copy what you have on your computer back to your device.

No jailbreak required (as far as I know).
