      Pure speculation. Since Wolfenstein 3D was released for $4.99 along with DOOM Resurrection settling at a $6.99 price tag, it's very likely that this will be $4.99.

      Great to see that this is finally submitted! :)

      Doom II may be my favorite game of all time. It is definitely my favorite FPS game. I'm looking forward to checking out the iPhone port, that is for sure.

      I just hope the controls are a little tighter than the ones in Wolf3D. That was definitely playable, but they could have done better.

      Well John Carmack said he was interested in porting all of the ID back catalog to iPhone. Eliminate uses the Quake 3 engine, so we know that ID could port everything up through that without issue. Lets hope it happens!

      Spent many many many hours playing Quake...the one game I would actually want to listen to my own music while playing like I did on the PC.

      Agreed, the gameplay and control is still one of the best ever! Hexen was pretty good too, much more complex levels.
