Whatever happened to this game? There was some hype revolving around it a few months ago but then it seemed to drop off the face of the earth. Did I miss something?

The prevailing presumption based on its disappearance from the Chillingo home page, and the absence any info regarding the title in the past few months has been that its development has been discontinued.

They really should tell someone when they throw a game into the garbage, here we all are, waiting around like muppets for a game to arrive and all the while it's rotting in a corner attracting flies. We just look stupid!

Well-known always have a habit of not letting the public know about vapourware; seems like some sort of reverse-ethics. Gee I wonder why that is... My cynicism tells me that it either doesn't affect their future profit in any way, or simply they want to delay handling the disappointment in fans.

According to our buddy Tim, it isn't gone. Seems like he's got some insider information, we'll just have to wait until more news is given.

I had thought it was because of the backlash against the lame tap controls.

could be that the developers decided it has enough hipe to not be published by chillingo, and they are just secretly polishing it up and almost ready to submit..
