I dunno what compression is like for iPhone titles, but I'm gonna say 150MB. There are a load of old PSX games with far more content and features than NOVA that are under 300MB on the PSN store.

Modern Combat is 209MB, if you own it you broke your rule Eliminate Pro is only around 65MB so I've stuck my guess safely in between those two.
