(3) Needs banter with the zombies- e.g., "Did you know this is one of my properties?" or "I AM NOT RELEASING MY DAMN TAXES!" (4) Needs tweets at random times mid-level such as "Damn it, where is my little blue pill!" or "We don't need a deportation force, I got this!" (5) Should hire helpers such as town drunk & hooker.
