US only, digital delivery, you can place international orders following these instructions. Just use the US address they provide and you won't have any problem, done that 3 times already.
We just had massive sales at the end of the year. 25% at Safeway, 20% everywhere else. You won't find the digital delivery anywhere OR the same content you do in the US. But I wish we could. Sigh, I like using my Canadian account, albeit the tax sucks. Maybe I will use this deal and just focus on my US account and zero tax?
US accounts only. Don't remember which one I used (probably a Starbucks or a McDonald's one ), as long as it is valid you can use anyone, just get a random number from a US site. I have Paypal but didn't use it because it provides the international address of the account, you can't use the address they ask you to. Maybe it works, but I'm not sure.
I didn't have to pay sales tax. Maybe because it's electronically delivered (they send you the code 5 or 10 minutes later). Bought a $100 gift card for $80 even.
