Well, I'm not really going to consider JCS a racing game since there are no opponents, but that would probably be my favorite of the games listed. As for racing: 1.) 2XL ATV Offroad (I've always liked motor sports games and this was the company that made MX vs. ATV Unleashed which is my favorite of the genre) 2.) Need for Speed: Undercover (for its time it was definetly the best. Plus the arcade system with real cars just works really well) 3.) Need for Speed: Shift (Awesome Realistic gameplay with arcade features.) 4.) Real Racing (I played the lite version and it was alot of fun).
Driver is NOT a racing game! 4x4 jam is... Tht Rocks! Why I like it? Great Physics engine OFF Road racing mode Vast terrains without boundaries Intelligent opponents
Ooh, harsh as JCS isn't the same type of game (nor Driver). So I'll go with Real Racing. Not a huge fan of NFS or arcadey types usually but I'd certainly love Sega to do Outrun (original and 2006!). Looking forward to the classic grand prix game that's coming out (if the physics are up to scratch!) as it reminds me of the most realistic racing game ever - Grand Prix Legends.
Real Racing is awesome, lots of replay vaule, it's my favorite racing game, NFSU is good too, has great graphics, sweet cars too, but i find it pretty boring sometimes when I'm racing, I'm just looking At the car and balancing my iPod. Real Racing just feels like your really Racing! Sim. Racers are more fun
My favorite is NFS: Shift and you should've included Rally Master Pro. You're not racing anybody, but it's more of a racing game than Driver and JCS will ever be.
If you look in the app store driver and Jet Car Stunts are considered a racing game so thats why I put them in here. I was on the fence about including them.
Honorable mention: I think Ground Effect deserves to be on this list. I tend to play that a lot more than JCS, and both 2XL games.
I bet a lot of the votes for NFSShift are from people who like the game and are working on completing it now..NFSU had very little replayability for me, but Real Racing I still go back to
ppfftt JCS is the most underappreciated game on that list. Got 5 stars from so many review sites, IGN gave it a 9 (same as shift), its only $2 and it has tons of replayability
I literally have ever game up there minus driver and as far as a realistic racing experience goes, real racing has been the best. It is very much like gran turismo without the all the minute tweaking and upgrades and I am more of a simulation fan than an arcade racing fan so like all opinions, mine is biased that way. I'm typing on my iPod and I get lazy so please excuse my poor grammer.
