Hi All, Just an update. Sometimes people post articles from outside sites that are of interest. This is fine (if it's not your site), but I'd ask that people limit the copy/paste to an excerpt of the original article and not copy the entire article. Also provide a link to the original article. thanks arn

no, an example is this http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=18929 It was originally the entire contents of the pocketgamer article pasted into a post. I cut it down to a representative excerpt. arn
this policy has been added to the official list of rules: http://forums.toucharcade.com/announcement.php?f=2 offenses will result in infractions, and repeat infractions would eventually result in banning, though I don't think it would get to that. Just link to article you'd like to discuss. arn
Oops. I`ve been copy pasting entire articles here. Didnt realize there was anything wrong with it (though I did add the original link in all the posts) Will make sure to cut it down from now on
Is there a maximum amount of paragraphs or text that we can use as an excerpt? Or just what see fit as the most vital information from the original article?
