How good is this app compare to AppShopper and AppZapp?

Freebie alert is simple! It does not have a lot of unuseful features and its not laggy as AppZapp for instance. It simply serves you with quality (5 stars) "dropped" games compilations every 24 hours.

Okay I get it now, so anything less than 5 stars wont show up in Freebie Alert?

    AMTGames,

Do you include any description on whether or not the "free" game is actually a freemium game? Also, do you include any description on in-app purchases? The latter is missing from the other "shopper" apps?

    Hi,

There is a previous price section, which means that all the games we show are not freemium but full versions of the paid games which eventually became free for a short time.

The Freebie Alert app is showing Mad Simon And Monsters as free and it's not and instead is showing Mad Simon And Monsters Free. According to Appshopper the game was free Feb 03 '12 $.99 -> Free | Feb 05 '12 Free -> $.99 | Mar 02 '12 $.99 -> $1.99 | Mar 05 '12 $1.99 -> $.99.

One more thing can you include an option to refresh the listings or it refreshes by itself between a time interval?

What about in-app purchases? This way, I don't have to jump back and forth to iTunes before finding that the game has in-app purchases. This would be nice if your app can include this info, which is missing from other similar apps in this space.
