Hey guys, I recently purchased the new inotia game and when I try to play It the game freezes at the white com2us loading screen and then closes back to my regular background. Iv restarted my phone after the install, does anyone have any clues as to what I can do to fix this?
Whenever you download a game (or any app) and run into initial crashes (where it refuses to start at all), this is the best procedure for solving the problem, in this order: * Check first to make sure that the game is compatible with your device. If you're on an iPhone 3G, that shouldn't be a problem * Restart your phone. Obviously, that didn't work in your case. * Delete the game from your iPhone. Restart the phone. Download it again from the App Store. * If you downloaded the game from your phone, delete it and redownload it from your computer, then install it into your phone. * Check here or other boards to see if other people are having the same problems. So far, no similar reports. My guess is that deleting and reinstalling should do the trick. Large game files can get corrupted when downloaded over wifi. Good luck! (And welcome to the boards.)
