      The whole project has been more painful than expected. We've been working on it round the clock and soon hope to have something to see on iPad. I think we're about 2-3 months out right now.

      "Painful" in what way? Porting the code to Objective-C? Re-imagining the UI? Memory constraints? Performance? Any of these? All of the above? Just curious to get a little more insight.

      Though I'm a little disappointed that we're looking at a Q2 release, I'm glad to know that Panzer Corps is still coming.

      Just don't pull an "Epic" and put the game on hold...or an "EA" and tell us that the game will be "free-to-play"! :D

      2-3 months?!? I think I just cried a little. :(

      Ah well, with some new BA scenarios and Operation Husky I think I'll pull through. :)

      We have the iPad version compiling and running on the iPad finally. There is still a lot of tidy up to do but its a big step in the right direction!

      Panzer Corps would be coming out next Thursday to beat the App Store freeze? How much space do I need to clear to install it

      They'll do just fine there. Wargamers generally arent price sensitive to these kinds of games.

      Probably, but since wargames are pretty near the botton of the interest list for me, one at $20 is an easy pass.

      Who cares about you? Many people are glad for high end games ...

      So, for your interest: I am pretty sure there are a lot of freemium games for you out there ... :)

      If you aren't interested in this genre, why negatively comment on a thread about a game in this genre?

      Would you go to a sushi restaurant, not liking sushi, look over a menu and tell everyone that $20 is too much since you don't really like sushi and won't actually be dining there anyway?

      Please do us a favour and go down the street to McDonalds and make snide remarks about those fools wasting $20 on sushi and allow us to enjoy our meal in the higher quality restaurant setting we want to be in.

      Each time I see the Panzer Corps thread updated, I pop in here hoping to see that it had been released...

      I hope it comes out relatively bug free or it will remain unplayable during Christmas due to the App Store freeze.
