Dear All of my touchers, We want to make an app like FAAD, Monster Free Apps,i like Free Apps, Free App Deals, App Tracker and so on with more user interface & lots of features. As there are many apps already exists like those on App Store, so here I am confused about the name selection of my own apps. I want to publish my app with an unique name. Would you all innovative personnel help me & suggest some unique names which I will use as my own app names. Thanks a lot for your time & important suggestions. Edited: From the previous replies the name "Cut The Price" was most favorable to me. But as Besides app, I also want to create a website with lots of amazing features. The app & website will become a complete solution for users in respective issues. Again there arises an issue & the domain name "Cut the Price" doesn't available for me. Not Certain! Your suggested website looks quite useful. But the main problem is it is not certain or specific regarding various subjects. There are randomly generating some names to use as game names. I need to be specific. Would you have any more suggestions.
But they are the best ones Honestly though, you will need to use a combination of the words used in current services if you want to get good search traffic. Otherwise you may have to use some paid services to get yourself known.

How about freebie apps? When im trying to come up with a unique name I just look for synonyms in the dictonary for the target words im interested in, good luck!
I would try not to mimic existing game names like 'cut the rope' or 'angry birds'. That's terribly cheap! Keep on looking for something original! My two cents: Freemes - some kind of word play widh free, games and 'freemen' from Dune

If you're planning on standing out just on your name, I'd suggest going back to the drawing board. If you've got a number of other features (IE: Only featuring games that you like, or only featuring productivity apps, or any one of a hundred ideas floating around the internet) then use your name to prominently display your favorite unique feature. Generic names that could work: Greatest and Freeest Featured Free Apps Totally Free Apps Stand Out Free Apps Red Alert Apps Out of the blue "what the heck is this" name: Baby Crocodile Apps Replace "Apps" with "Games" if your featuring only games.
