At first I figured it would be another ho-hum endless runner, and I was completely wrong. Not only on first sitting did I spend over 2 and a half hours trying to beat the "Run" portion of the Story mode (Total time took me a bit under 3 hours for just that mode!), and I am now on the "Rescue" portion which holy crap, I thought the level designs (while superb) were devious at the end of "Run", "Rescue" ups it another notch and gets just ball-out crazy. The amazing thing, a game like this would usually cause me to get frustrated and give up, but with all the eye-bleedingly sharp Retina graphics (download the in-game graphics add-on, it is TOTALLY worth it), all the pizzaz with the parallax backgrounds scrolling by, the unique visual flair and character, the (at time) incredible speeds and smooth frame-rate on my iPod Touch 4g, the as stated great level designs, and even the (sometimes frustrating) guy chasing you gives it a feeling of "I gotta hurry!" that made my heart race, something I dont experience much on games on a handheld - something this game delivered. I gotta say, I really can't dismiss this game on any merrit and can only hope more is to come to the already amazingly fleshed out package that is totally worth the money. You get 2 story modes, endless mode, online multiplayer, etc. etc. I can only hope to see more levels, more devious ideas, even more modes would be great. Something else I thought could spice up replayability and multiplayer, would be character customization. Not to mention, the devs could stand to make a bit extra if they executed an IAP plan including character customization - just dont over-do it like a lot of devs do, or make it mandatory for play, otherwise it can cause a backlash that I would rather not see on such a polished and amazing title! Everyone really should grab this who like great games that are simple to play, hard to master, and runner type games!" In short, I have been incredibly impressed with this game. It has given me quite a bit of enjoyment and I just love the crisp graphics that really work for it. Played my first multiplayer game today (whoever that was, if you are on TA thanks for kicking my butt at like him with 14 wins and me with like 7 or 8 lmao), and I was even more impressed... Just the story modes have taken hours of my life lmao. Good job on this one devs and please update it and give us a sequel OrionnoirO Well-Known Member Jul 12, 2010 242 0 0 Anderson,IN #19 OrionnoirO, Aug 11, 2011 Last edited: Aug 11, 2011 I hope to see it get more attention, as I feel it is a sleeper hit among the casual runner types..
