    Hi Guys,

Get Set Games is stoked to announce that we've submitted our newest game Mega Jump to Apple. The game is currently in the approval process and will be 99c.

As you might have guessed this is a Doodle Jump style game but with the graphics and arcade action pushed to the limit. We've got tons of huge power ups, boosts, combos, loot pickups, and a scrolling multilayered background that just keeps on going and going.

Here's a couple of screens to get started - we'll be posting more soon along with some video.

Let us know what you think!

Okay as promised here's a short video of some Mega Jump gameplay!

Could this be a Doodle Jump killer?!? ;)

We're big fans of Doodle Jump but we wanted to take it one step further.

I'd love to hear what you guys think!

If you live in the Toronto area come stop by the Toronto Comic Arts Festival this Saturday May 8th between 9am and 1pm. MegaJump will be on display for people to try out.

Even a well put together gameplay trailer! Looks like a big step up from Addicus. Not that I didn't like Addicus, but this is a big step up.
    Still using Cocos2D?

This makes doodle jump look like utter crap, if it plays as well as doodle jump however, combined with the incredible visuals. It's going to be a real winner.

Very cute! I'm assuming bombs are bad, right? I love his little scream when really jetting off.

It is cool that your company's mascot finally has his own game! :)

Yes, this was done using cocos2d. That engine has served us very well.

I think what you're seeing as bombs is actually the ball & chain. And yes, it's hazardous to your health. It makes the little guy heavier so he falls much faster for a short period of time. You have to be accurate with your movements during those times or he'll drop like a stone.
